‘Terrorists asked caste, community’: Kulgam victims ‘identified’ before being shot

Two Chhattisgarh labourers were killed in a terror attack at a brick kiln in Kulgam. Attackers allegedly questioned the victims about their caste and community before opening fire on them. This incident echoes survivor accounts from a previous terror attack in Pahalgam. The victims were identified as Deepak Ratrey and Bhupendra Bhaina from Chhattisgarh.
