Heavy rain lashed Delhi-NCR on Monday, causing significant waterlogging across the region. Commuters faced severe traffic disruptions and slow movement on key roads and highways. Several areas reported knee-deep and waist-deep water, impacting daily commutes and vehicle movement. Flight operations were also disrupted, with fifteen Delhi-bound flights being diverted to other airports. The India Meteorological Department had issued red and orange alerts for the severe weather conditions.
