A 40-year-old man was allegedly killed by his wife in a knife attack. The woman then jumped from the rooftop and sustained injuries. Police recovered three knives and collected forensic evidence from the scene. The deceased suffered severe abdominal injuries, with organs protruding from his body. The wife is in custody and receiving treatment for her injuries.
