The tanker MT PETRO DOLPHIN faced an assault while anchored off the coast of Sohar, Oman, with 11 Indian crew aboard. While nine crew members were successfully rescued, two remain unaccounted for. Local Coast Guard authorities have mobilized search-and-rescue operations, with ongoing efforts to find the missing crew members. Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has pledged full support for the rescue efforts underway.
