Smoking, bike rally, songs greet man accused of murdering 16-year-old boy

Man Singh alias Betu Singraul, accused of murdering a 16-year-old boy, was recently released on bail. Following his release, he was welcomed with garlands outside the jail and took part in a bike rally. A viral video showed him participating while smoking a cigarette atop a vehicle during the procession. Authorities are now questioning possible violations of traffic rules and public safety during the event.
