CJP convenor Abhijeet Dipke was detained at Delhi airport just before the planned Jantar Mantar protest. Dipke challenged police actions and demanded to speak with male officers during the detention. Security was heightened across Delhi due to the anticipated protest against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar. Other CJP leaders and a YouTuber were also reportedly detained ahead of the demonstration. Police cited law-and-order concerns for denying permission for the mobilization.
