The Sports Authority of India has launched a unique facility inspired by Japanese culture, featuring accommodations fashioned from shipping containers. These two-bedroom units are equipped with contemporary amenities, immersing athletes in Japanese cuisine such as ramen, sushi, and tempura crafted by skilled chefs. This endeavour is geared towards helping athletes adjust to Japan ahead of the upcoming Asian Games, while also providing permanent transit housing for visiting families.
