A lawyer for Siya Goyal, accused in her fiancé’s death at Lohagad Fort, asserts police lack direct evidence and eyewitnesses. While the case shifted from accidental death to murder, Goyal’s defense claims no corroborating proof of her involvement. Investigators, however, cite extensive call records and CCTV footage suggesting a conspiracy between Goyal and her alleged boyfriend, Chetan Chaudhary, who is also in custody. Both deny the allegations.
