LeT terrorist killed in J&K: Yasir was behind 2024 attack on IAF convoy, civilians

Yasir was gunned down on Friday during Operation Ashdar, launched after security forces received intelligence about the movement of a group of terrorists through the Pir Panjal mountains. Jammu and Kashmir Police identified the slain terrorist as Yasir and said he was affiliated with the banned Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT). The police also posted a message on X after the operation, saying, “You Can Run But You Can’t Hide!”
