Embassy Developments has finalized a pivotal MoU for a luxury residential sale involving an entire tower at Embassy Terrazza located in Juhu. Dinesh Thakkar, the founder of Angel One, has acquired this prestigious residence, with the deal amounting to around Rs 711 crore, inclusive of all expenses. This transaction stands as the largest single residential unit sale for the developer in India.
