The UAE shared passenger and crew information with Israel before a FlyDubai flight whose Omani co-pilot allegedly attacked the captain and tried to seize control, AP reported. The co-pilot had reportedly been barred from flying by Oman over extremist concerns before joining FlyDubai. The incident has raised questions over Israel’s foreign-flight security system, despite previous warnings about inadequate checks and limited resources within the Transportation Ministry.
