Delhi Police is investigating a back-dated general diary entry concerning protester actions. The entry claims a deputy commander used plastic pellets on July twentieth. This incident may mark the first use of pellet guns in Delhi. Senior officials refuted the use of pellet guns by Delhi Police. Reports of similar orders from another DCP are also being examined.
