Imran Khan Pal has filed a petition against a notice requiring him to leave India by November 14. The notice was issued after he participated in a protest in Mumbai supporting a political party. Khan’s legal team argues that the notice infringes on his constitutional rights and lacks due process. He claims to have lived in India since childhood and holds an Overseas Citizen of India card.
