Bengaluru nurse chased, attacked with machete by husband; acid thrown

A man allegedly attacked his wife with floor cleaner acid and a machete. The 26-year-old nurse is in critical condition and receiving hospital treatment. The incident occurred near J P Nagar as the woman left her clinic for breakfast. Nearby traffic police officers intervened and took the alleged attacker into custody. Investigations are ongoing into the couple’s separation due to differences.
