Accenture’s CEO, Julie Sweet, has requested that employees delay their vacation in August. This temporary policy adjustment is designed to bolster staff presence as the company approaches the end of its financial year. Following disappointing quarterly results and a forecasted drop in revenue, Accenture is permitting employees to carry over unused vacation days into the next fiscal year to help enhance fourth-quarter outputs and revenue generation.
