This temporary policy adjustment is designed to bolster staff presence as the company approaches the end of its financial year. Following disappointing quarterly results and a forecasted drop in revenue, Accenture is permitting employees to carry over unused vacation days into the next fiscal year to help enhance fourth-quarter outputs and revenue generation.
