Former sarpanch Navjeet Singh Neetu was brutally gunned down by unknown assailants on Saturday evening. While driving home, his vehicle was targeted, receiving multiple rounds of gunfire, resulting in about 10 injuries that led to his death shortly after reaching the hospital. Investigators are looking into a land dispute as a potential motive, and an FIR will be filed once the victim’s family’s statements are collected.
