Monu Sharma allegedly shot Paramjeet Dhankar during a confrontation over a damaged gate in their parking area. Before the shooting, Sharma had threatened Dhankar at a police post, warning he would not leave him alive. The incident escalated when Sharma called Dhankar to discuss the car parking issue. Following the shooting, police teams collected evidence from the scene at the housing complex.
