Two sisters from Madhya Pradesh committed suicide by jumping into wells with their children on Wednesday. Anjali Rawat, who was eight months pregnant, took her son Prashant with her while Sita Rawat jumped with her three children. Family members reported the incidents after not seeing them return home. Each sister was profoundly impacted by personal tragedies occurring shortly before these events.
