An IndiGo flight experienced a lightning strike while approaching Lucknow, damaging its nose radome. The aircraft landed safely, with all 110 people onboard unharmed. The severity of the damage became clear only after the flight was parked. Authorities confirmed that the aircraft will undergo a comprehensive inspection and necessary repairs before service. The Directorate General of Civil Aviation has been notified as per standard procedure.
