Rakesh Agrawal, a retired IAS officer, was discovered dead in his home in Bhopal early on Wednesday. His throat reportedly had been slit, and a missing caretaker has been linked to the incident. The caretaker was hired only days prior and is currently untraceable, raising suspicions. Additionally, leaking LPG cylinders were found in the kitchen, indicating a possible explosion attempt.
