Seven unidentified bodies have been recovered from the Gandak river in Uttar Pradesh. Devastating floods in Nepal caused a sharp rise in the river’s water flow. Officials are working to identify the deceased individuals found in the water. Bodies were discovered in Maharajganj and Kushinagar districts by villagers and SSB personnel. Efforts are ongoing to manage the situation and identify the recovered victims.
