A 73-year-old man suffered a stroke while driving his car last week. Police detained him for five hours on suspicion of drunk driving. This delay prevented him from receiving timely medical treatment for his stroke. He was subsequently left partially paralyzed and remains in the ICU. His family claims police ignored stroke symptoms and proceeded with FIR.
